1. Airport Transfer Cancellations must be informed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the time of your airport transfers booking by telephone or email.

2. The passengers must inform to the England airport transfer about any cancellations 24 hours+ prior to the time of booking to avoid £10.00 cancellation fee.

3. Airport Transfer Cancellations informed 3 to 24 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 25% of quoted price for provision of service.

4. Airport Transfer Cancellations not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.

5. Coach Transfer service are cancellation charge incurred: 50% of paid price for provision of service.

5. Coach Transfer service cancellation should be informed with in 15 days or 100% charge incurred of paid price for provision of service.

6. Paid Airport Transfer bookings All refunds will be decided by the manager, and payment will be refunded to the customers debit / credit cards.
